Just a little bit about the house history...

 

First time we visited this island was in 2005 when we spent our holidays in a little place called Preko, and since then we were coming back every year. Few years later while exploring the island we have found a stone house ruins in the middle of the old town of Kali.

 

It took some efforts to re-build it due to strict rules to maintain the same architectural style and materials. You would appreciate the efforts since no delivery vehicles or equipment was possible to approach the house, hence all works were manually constructed. The works have been completed and we had our first holidays in 2010. Fortunately, our family grew in size but unfortunately the house became too small to accommodate all of us hence we were forced to put it on the market.

 

We hope you will find this beautiful hand crafted house and the overall island experience appealing enough to give it a try. Trust us when we say, you will never regret it.
